When you purchase an algorithm access pass (hourly, daily, or monthly), your session begins immediately upon successful payment. The timer starts at the moment of purchase and runs continuously in real time.

Hourly passes expire exactly 60 minutes after purchase. Daily passes expire exactly 24 hours after purchase. Monthly passes expire 30 days after purchase.

Session time is calculated server-side based on UTC timestamps. The countdown timer displayed in your browser is informational — the authoritative expiration is enforced on our servers regardless of client-side state.

Session time cannot be paused, suspended, frozen, or extended by any means. This includes but is not limited to:

• Closing your browser tab or window • Putting your device to sleep or hibernation • Suspending the browser process or using task managers • Using browser extensions or developer tools to manipulate timers • Disconnecting from the internet • Switching devices or browsers

Your session timer runs continuously from the moment of purchase until expiration. Unused time is forfeited and cannot be transferred, banked, or refunded.

When you reopen the algorithms page after any interruption, the timer will sync with the server and reflect the actual remaining time — not the time displayed when you left.

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing immediate access to a digital service that is delivered instantly upon payment • There are no refunds, credits, exchanges, or chargebacks for any reason, including but not limited to: unused session time, dissatisfaction with algorithm results, failure to win any lottery drawing, forgetting to use your session, technical issues on your device, or internet connectivity problems on your end • Hourly, daily, and monthly passes are non-refundable regardless of how much time remains • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a violation of these terms and will result in permanent account termination

We strongly recommend starting with the $8 hourly pass to evaluate the service before purchasing higher-tier access.

Exception: If a verified server-side outage on our infrastructure prevents algorithm access for more than 30 continuous minutes during your paid session, you may request a one-time replacement pass of equal value by contacting us on Discord with your account email and the time of the outage. Replacement passes are issued at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

All algorithms, mathematical models, analytical methods, source code, and proprietary logic used by MyLotteryData are the exclusive intellectual property of MyLotteryData and its creators. All rights are reserved.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code, logic, or methodology of any algorithm • Copying, reproducing, or recreating the algorithms or their output methodology for use in any other product, service, or application • Using browser developer tools, network inspection, API interception, or any other technical means to capture, record, or analyze algorithm request/response data beyond normal use • Scraping, crawling, or systematically collecting algorithm results via automated tools, scripts, bots, or browser extensions • Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or sharing algorithm results in bulk or as a competing service • Creating derivative works based on algorithm output patterns, methodology, or data structures • Training machine learning models, AI systems, or statistical models on algorithm output

Algorithm results displayed during your session are licensed for your personal, individual use only. You may manually record results for your own lottery play. You may not systematically export, publish, or redistribute results.

Violation of these intellectual property protections will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund, and may result in legal action including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of attorney fees.

Algorithm access is licensed for individual, personal use only. You may not share your session, credentials, or API tokens with others.

Automated scraping, bulk exporting via scripts, or reselling algorithm results is prohibited.

We reserve the right to terminate sessions that exhibit automated or abusive access patterns without refund.

Accounts are limited to one active session at a time. Concurrent use from multiple devices or locations may be flagged and terminated.

Non-paying users receive one free algorithm preview per day, limited to 5 showcase algorithms with partial results. The free preview resets at midnight UTC.

The free preview is provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

MyLotteryData algorithms analyze historical lottery draw data using mathematical methods. Algorithm results represent statistical analysis, not guaranteed predictions.

Lottery games are games of chance. No algorithm, system, or strategy can guarantee winning results. Past patterns do not guarantee future outcomes.

MyLotteryData is not affiliated with any state lottery commission. All draw results shown are unofficial — verify with your state lottery before claiming prizes.

Use of this service is for entertainment and informational purposes. You are solely responsible for any wagers placed based on algorithm output. MyLotteryData is not liable for any financial losses incurred from lottery play.

You must create an account to purchase algorithm access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
